What is The UVID?
THE UVID is the first Civil Registry for Virtual Entities. It grants formal, traceable, and verifiable identity to avatars, AI, digital characters, influencers, gamers, assistants, physical robots, and symbolic entities.

Who can register with The UVID?
Anyone who creates or manages a virtual identity, regardless of country or technical experience. This includes: gamer avatars, AI, assistants, influencers, fictional characters, virtual pets, physical robots, etc.

Can I register an avatar that represents myself?
Yes. You can register an avatar that personally represents you. The UVID accepts both fictional avatars and personal avatars, as long as you are the legitimate creator or hold rights over that avatar.

What data is requested?
♦ We request basic information to issue a unique virtual identity certificate:
♦ Name or alias.
♦ Physical or symbolic traits.
♦ Date and place of creation.
♦ Image or design.
♦ Purpose/use.
♦ Creator or studio (if applicable).
♦ Gender (optional).
♦ Email (optional).

What benefits does it offer?
♦ Unique and verifiable virtual identity.
♦ Official certificate with chronological support.
♦ Protection against imitations.
♦ Evidence in authorship disputes.
♦ Being part of an innovative platform.

What if someone copies my avatar or robot?
The UVID certificate serves as chronological support and evidence of authorship in legal disputes.

Does the registration have legal validity?
Yes, backed by international copyright and trademark registration with IMPI (file 342309).

How much does registration cost?
For the launch: a symbolic fee for the first 100 pioneers. After that: scalable plans (standard, verified, commercial/API).

Where is my data stored?
On secure servers in Mexico, the U.S., and the EU, with encryption and backup.

Can I delete my virtual identity?
Yes, by requesting to [email protected].
